New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase, provided no lesson files have been downloaded or accessed. This gives you time to explore the library and make sure Gospel Story Co. is the right fit for your family or classroom.

No Refunds After Download

Because our materials are delivered digitally, we are unable to issue refunds once curriculum files have been downloaded or accessed. This policy applies to all subscription tiers and individual purchases. We encourage you to reach out before downloading if you have any questions or concerns.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, please email us at arktaleadventures@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
